Overall Job Function: Responsible for day to day administrative procedures with focus on improving our accuracy KPI's
Job Responsibility including but not limited to:
Ensures new stock has been received in the correct amount of pieces/size
Recording of all incoming stock (actual pieces)
Ensures all stock lists run on time
Ensures all transfer routines are completed correctly including but not limited to moves.
Follows stock check routine
Always check internotas to make sure received correct amount of stock from shops
Ensures discount orders are printed out and given as soon as possible to floor responsible
Ensures all discount orders are unblocked timely
Follows all procedures with faulty stock (return message)
Communicates all new/ amended routines to responsible team members
Audits and corrects pick lists/stock lists
Assists with all inventory control routines
Completes error check routine
Supports in all warehouse processes as needed.
Assists with other projects as necessary

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of high school diploma
Additional formal clerical experience preferred
Retail experience required with knowledge of pick list and Allocation lists
Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:
Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and a business savvy mentality
Detail oriented, with strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of computers and ability to adapt to company specific systems
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
Job Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
