Vice President Sales


o Develop Marketing Plan for organization's growth trajectory, using market analysis, sales/customer intel, knowledge on technology and new packaging-product innovations, advancements in operational competency evolution, and opportunity analysis skills.
o Plan and administer the Marketing operations budget.
o Organize and implement customer relations including:
customer satisfaction surveys, customer development activities, customer skills training, and special events.
o Facilitate overall Marketing Plan process, reconciling growth strategy with input from Executive Committee on operational strategy.
o Develop and execute marketing communication strategy commensurate with growth strategies and general competency promotion - including trade shows, conferences and events, advertising, on-line and journal articles.
o Lead/participate on field sales calls either in support of growth initiatives or account relationship building.
o Manage Marketing Team:
accountability for project execution, continuous improvement to process, day-to-day personnel leadership, etc.
o Oversee business development activities including:
Coordinating efforts with Solutions Group and Sales Group.
o Offer coaching for prospective customer meetings, presentations, etc.
o Work with Sales Group on designing and implementing prospecting and customer contact systems.
o Oversee corporate communications activities through Communications Committee including:
external communications and systems, internal communications and systems, public relations efforts, and external vendors and consultants.
o Develop and administer marketing database which includes customer and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.
o Create and manage marketing materials toolkit for Sales Group, including sell sheets, PowerPoint presentations, and audio and visual tools for customer presentations.
o Design and plan quarterly sales and marketing training seminars.
o Oversee firm's electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.
o Supervise Marketing Assistant. Make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.
o Responsible to lead the effort to develop and customize commercial solutions for customers which provide the highest feasible profit margin to QPSI.
o Lead the effort to structure offerings and prices to customers that are in response to their needs while allowing QPSI to achieve profit goals and maximize talent utilization.
o Lead commercial input into forecasting and quoting processes.
o Develop and manage Solutions Group - establish vision and strategy for its purpose, ideally focused around the concept of Application Engineering.
o Manage Solutions Group Team:
accountability for project execution, continuous improvement to process, day-to-day personnel leadership of estimating, design and commercial solutions teams.
o Participate in Operation Team weekly meetings, providing commercial input to both routine and long-term, team-based decision making.
o Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Leadership:
a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.

an ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-2 year time span.
o Management:
the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
o Marketing and service systems development and deployment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
