Insurance Agency Sales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an Agency Sales Manager. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the benefits of operating and leading an agency to be successful but doesn't want the burden of owning his/her own agency. This is a unique opportunity with exceptional growth and earning potential. This person will be responsible for lead generation, business development, and the overall success of the agency. Below is an overview of the position:
Atrium Tech Solutions is partnering with Allstate Insurance and their Dealership Services program to implement full-service insurance agencies within automotive dealerships across the United States. We currently have a need for an Agency Manager in the Burlington, NJ area . This is a permanent position, including a base pay + commission/bonus + benefits. Managers will receive extensive training on the entire suite of insurance products. The Agency Sales Manager will be located on-site at the dealership to help customers assess their entire insurance portfolio and ensure they have the protection they are seeking.

Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Establish individual and team sales goals.
Coach/mentor team to achieve goals.
Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements
Previous management experience.
Property & Casualty license required.
Life and Health License is a major plus.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
Self-motivated.
Detail oriented.
Proactive in problem solving.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work up to 6 days per week.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
