Currently, we are seeking a full time experienced Mortgage Loan Processor for our expanding branch office in Burlington, NJ. The ideal candidate will be a customer service orientated, team player who can work independently, balance competing priorities, work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Looking for customer service oriented team player with mortgage processing experience for growing wholesale loan department. Must have experience with initial disclosures and ability to work independently. Duties include:
uploading documents for brokers to our software platform, initial and redisclosure to maintain compliance with respa, QM and regulatory agencies. Responsible for coordination of the brokered loan from initial receipt thru closing. Manage and maintain pipeline schedules and deadlines on all loans.

A minimum of 5 year experience in processing mortgage loans
Upload necessary document to various software platforms
Initial and re-disclosures experience
Maintain compliance with RESPA, Quality Management and various regulatory agencies
Coordinate brokered loans from initial receipt through closing
Manage and maintain pipeline schedules and deadlines on all loans

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
