About the Role:
Multi-HousingDepot is looking to a hire a new Human Resources Manager to join their team.
TheHuman Resources Manager plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing thehuman resources functions within an organization.
They are responsible fordeveloping and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to supportthe company's goals and objectives.
The HR Manager collaborates withleadership, manages the HR team, and ensures compliance with employment lawsand regulations.
Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:
Strategic HR Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and align HR practices accordingly.
Policy Development and Implementation:
Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Communicate and implement policies consistently across the organization.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
Employee Relations:
Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and fostering employee growth.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees.

IdealCandidate:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
Proven experience (5
years) in human resources management roles.
