IHP is a local, physician owned, provider management organization that offers inpatient care in Short term and long term hospitals, rehab facilities, post acute facilities and SNFs.
Basic Job Details:
Looking for Compassionate, caring and talented APP to cater to the medical needs of seniorsMonday-Friday, 8am-5PM or 9-6PMCall One in 3 weekends per month14-16 patients per dayTake care of the patient in post-acute care and long-term facilitiesEMR utilization/notesQualification:
Board-certified APP, NP or PA1 year Experience caring for the geriatric population and post acute care a plus
