BehavioristJob DetailsJob LocationHorton - Burlington County, NJPosition TypeFull TimeEducation LevelGraduate DegreeSalary Range$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/yearIn conjunction with the Behaviorist Supervisor, the Behaviorist plans and provides behavior management programs for youth enrolled in the programProvides related services to administrators, staff, parents, and the community as appropriateActively participates in the development and implementation of policies relative to the management of problematic behaviorsIdentifies target behavior, conducts the Functional Behavioral Assessment as well as the plan developmentObtains all approvals and consents for the behavior planMonitors all plans, supervises all documentation, and is responsible for all training of staff involved in behavior plans.Hours:
Full time, some on-call responsibilitiesSupervision toward certification provided at no costFlexible hours.Full time benefits include:
3.2 weeks of PTO in first year

Experience:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education, with preference given to a BCBAThree years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities involving behavior modificationsPrior experience developing, analyzing and implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavioral Support Plans along with the data that supports the planMust be working toward a BCBA if he/she does not already have licensure in the fieldBCBA preferred.Legacy Treatment Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
