Per Diem Receptionist Responsibilities of a Receptionist:
Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
Answer or refer inquiries that comes from residents, family members and vendors.
Director visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
Qualifications of a Receptionist:
High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Strong organizational skills.
Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.
