As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting guests and directing traffic in a secured fenced in area.
Duties:
oThe Shift Supervisor assists clients and guests, ensuring that their requests are met oThey coordinate the non-employees and guests, by greeting, managing, maintaining security, and coordinating the operations of the client care team oThe Shift Supervisor orients clients to the program and engages clients in services, protects client rights, promotes client and coworker safety and clarify facility rules oSupervise all staff activities to ensure adherence to policy and procedures oEnsures proper documentation of activities oMonitor building and parking lot safety oMake scheduled rounds of assigned areas to safeguard clients and property oOversee client participation in daily program activities oProvide optimal customer service oDrive agency vehicles to transport clients, if assigned oProvide emergency response; including crisis management, first aid, CPR and fire response as needed oComplete Incident Reports as outlined by client
Experience:
oThe position requires a high school degree or GED with at least two years of relevant experience oRequired Education High School If you are passionate about providing exceptional service join our team here at Silver Shield for a fun face paced atmosphere.
